Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Viktoria Melinder offers free shipping on orders above 1500 SEK.
Shipping costs within Sweden: 99 SEK.
Shipping costs for EU, Switzerland and Norway: 149 SEK.
Rest of the world: 199 SEK.
Additional costs, such as custom fees, are to be paid for by the customer.
Delivery
Delivery times within Sweden are approximately to 5-7 working days.
Estimated delivery times outside of Sweden: 5-7 working days within Europe.
Delivery times are approximate and do not taking into account delays caused by external forces.
All products will be delivered as long as they are available in stock. Reservations are made for printing errors, stock control errors and changes in price. If a product is out of stock the price will be adjusted and the rest of the order will be shipped.
If noticing a defect or a production error with your purchased item, please contact Viktoria Melinder within 14 days. We will cover the shipping cost and do our best to replace the defective item or fully reimburse you. If the package has been damaged during shipping please contact the shipping company to start with.
Order Confirmation
Upon ordering, a confirmation will be sent to you through e-mail.
If no confirmation is received please contact us as soon as possible.
Another confirmation will be e-mailed when the package is shipped.
Returns
Viktoria Melinder has a 14 day return policy. In accordance with the Swedish law for distance and
home shopping.
The returned items must be returned to us in perfect condition and still have all labels attached. Viktoria Melinder cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Viktoria Melinder. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Exchanges
Viktoria Melinder will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
Exchanges are only processed upon receiving the returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items will be made within a week of the return to the credit card originally used. If a partial return has been made, a new updated invoice will be sent by email.
Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
Also returns or exchanges are not excepted after 14 days or if the item has been used, washed or damaged in any way.
