Nordingrå Konstnärsverkstad

I spent an autumn week in the tufting studio at Nordingrå Konstnärsverkstad, making samples for an upcoming project.

Tufting is a nice contrast to my weekdays by the loom. While the weaving is slow and requires planning, tufting is fast and gives the opportunity to be more spontaneous.

But patience and precision must be there regardless of technology. Now I have a collection of samples to work on, until I go back again.
